Hello, I’m Erin, a passionate health coach and yoga teacher. I love food that is fresh, alive, and grown locally in season and my hope is to help you nourish yourself so you can embody your best, most vibrant life right now. As a registered Dietitian studying traditional dietetics and working in area hospitals, I experienced firsthand the relationship between diet and disease and most importantly, what we do each day eventually shows up in our body and mind. This lead me to further my studies of yoga, ayurveda, behavioral science, alternative dietary theories, and graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) as a holistic health coach. IIN reinforced my findings that one diet does not fit each persons unique makeup or lifestyle. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at your constitution, your environment, how all areas of your life are connected, what’s already in balance and what is out of balance. As we work together, we will look at how all the parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Let’s take a journey…We begin where you are and finish where you want to be. Together we will look at your current state of health, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Yes, we can and probably will start with food but let’s look also at how to manage stress, how to move, what kind of relationships nourish you, and find what brings you joy. I’d like to help you step into the life you really want to live……because you can!
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and rewarding. Based on the principle of bio-individuality, together, we will customize a plan with easy, attainable steps to reach your wellness goals. I’m here to support change, hold you accountable, help you open to all possibilities, and discover what it is like to love yourself. Once realizing this you naturally make choices to support your highest good.

They met obstacles, challenges, found different views and discovered something else. We too take a journey. A path of change through food choices, movement, self care practices, discussions, and awareness of our fears and the stories we tell. Emerging on the other side, you find freedom from that which kept kept you back and live life fully with joy and abundance.
